KAI67 anti-ant gel for table legs and spots where a pad won't fit

KAI67's anti-ant gel is an add-on product from the same distributor as our anti-ant pads. It comes in a screw-top aluminium tin and is meant for spots where a pad can't be placed, such as dining table legs, the legs of a dry-food shelf, the edge of a food cabinet, or cables that ants use as a walkway.

Paint it as a line that goes all the way round the leg or edge. It costs ฿109 per tin. It suits homes dealing with ants in several places at once that want to block both flat surfaces (with pads) and vertical surfaces (with gel) at the same time.

KAI67 has not yet received documents from the distributor stating the gel's ingredients, net quantity or shelf life. We will add this information to the page as soon as we get it. Customers usually apply it where an anti-ant pad can't sit because the surface is vertical or round: wooden and metal table and chair legs, kitchen shelf legs, the bottom edge of a food or snack cabinet, door frames where ants march in a line, and around holes where cables or pipes go through the wall. The idea is to paint a line that goes fully round, or fully across the path, leaving no gap for ants to slip through. Always apply it to a completely dry surface, and avoid spots that often get splashed, because the seller has not yet confirmed how long the gel holds up against moisture.

After painting the gel line, check it from time to time, especially in spots you wipe often or that people brush past. If the line looks thinner, faded or has come off in places, add more over the same line; there is no need to wash off the old gel first. Keep unused tins tightly closed and store them somewhere dry, out of strong sun, so the gel doesn't dry out sooner than it should. In homes with small children or pets, stick mainly to high or out-of-reach spots, as recommended above.
