How do you place it so it works?
Rinse with plain water, let it dry, put the pad where the ants come up, then place the bowls in the middle, at least 5 cm from every edge. Wipe crumbs off the pad daily, and keep it away from direct sunlight and very hot items. How many cat bowls fit on a 30x42 pad?
2 bowls fit comfortably if each is no more than 16 cm across. A joined double bowl up to 32 cm long also fits while still leaving a 5 cm gap from the edge.
How much is shipping?

Can I cut it into 2 pieces?
Yes, with scissors or a cutter. The surface coating works the same, but after cutting you still need a 5 cm gap from the edge of each new piece, so a 30x21 cm piece will only hold one bowl.
What is the pad made of, how much weight can it hold, and how many years does it last?
